Club Membership Terms

It is understood that TYC club membership is a unlimited yoga and mat class membership and does not include access to reformer classes. Should you wish to attend reformer classes you will still be required to obtain the required packages giving access to those classes.

It is understood that the TYC One Pass allows access to all services at TYC but not including special workshops or events. It is understood that the TYC One pass is limited to a minimum of 12 months. No pausing of contracts, no freezing and no cancellation before 12 months.

I/We hereby authorise Netcash (Pty)Ltd to issue and deliver instructions to your bank for collection against my/our above mentioned account at my /our above mentioned bank on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will not differ from my/our obligations as agreed to in the Contract Reference Number.

The individual payment instruction so authorised must be issued and delivered on the date when the obligation in terms of the agreement is sue and the amount of each individual payment instruction may not differ as agreed to in terms of the Agreement.

I/we agree that the first payment instruction will be issed and delivered on 1st day of the month and thereafter regularly on the 1st of each month.

If however, the date of the payment instruction falls on a non-processing day (weekend or public holiday) I agree that the payment instruction may be debited against my account on the following business day; or

Subsequent payment instructions will continue to be delivered in terms of this authority until the obligations in terms of the agreement have been paid or until this authority is cancelled by me/us by giving you notice in writing of not less than the interval (as indicated in previous clause) and sent by prepaid registered post or delivered to your address indicated above.

Cancellation

Cancellation of Membership before the expiry of the commitment period (the contract duration of 12 months) then I/We undertake to give 20 days’ written notice of termination by email reception@theyogacollective.co.za and pay the cancellation fee plus any arrears for the notice to be valid. The cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the monthly fee for the remaining period of the contract.

At the end of the 12 month period contract period, Membership will continue on a month to month basis. Cancellation at the end of the 12 month contract period or any time thereafter, will require a calendar month’s written notice.

This contract may not be suspended for any reason whatsoever.

Should any details change it is my/our responsibility to inform The Yoga Collective

Failure to pay the monthly Membership fees on the due date, will attract a 10% late payment penalty fee.

I/we agree that although this authority and mandate may be cancelled by me/us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. 

I/we also understand that I/we cannot reclaim amounts, which have been withdrawn from my/our account (paid) in terms of this authority and mandate if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Assignment

I/We acknowledge that this authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party.
