Service Description

Tai chi is a mindful movement art rooted in Chinese kung fu. In this workshop you will learn how to move in this slow, graceful, intentional manner, to develop one's focus, balance, coordination, and rotational ability. It also reduces stress and improves joint health, mood, memory, and cognition. As a progressive skill-based discipline, it is very important to practice the basics until they become second nature!
